Very friendly staff i like the added security to insure my belongs are safe.
This place has continually gone downhill since I left my initial review. They have added $50 to my bill for no apparent reason , staff is not actually friendly . They close early and have installed ridiculous security features that don't actually secure my unit any more than their original means of doing so. they now made it so that you have to use your code to get into the facility, into the building, and to leave the facility. The buttons on the third floor elevator don't work at all. There is no where to discard items that are no longer needed. And I still have limited access to my things in a storage unit that I am paying for that is, they are still only open when normal people have to work. There are never any dollies available. Below is my original review:Very friendly staff, but this place has bad hours that prevent me from getting my things when I need them most of the week. Plus, about 30% of the time the gate doesn't work, so you have to drive around a series of one-way streets to get in through the exit. One of the two elevators has been broken for months. There are 4 dollies for hundreds of units, first-come first-serve, but one person will occupy all of them, so even if you could make it before closing, you couldn't move more than a few boxes, one at a time.
Had a bad experience with another storage facility. I have to tell you that Salena went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with the experience. She answered any questions I had, and explained everything in detail. Left feeling good about putting my stuff there. Nice clean facility.
Location is the only thing I like about this place. I wouldnt recommend it if youre a contractor or business and needs more convenient access. They open at 9:30 and close at 5:50 so the window is very limited. You also have to use your code every time to enter the building when youre already in the property and thru the gate once again slowing down the process.
